Co-owners Rosemary and David Moskowitz are boomers with many years of small business marketing (Rosemary)  and many years of high level IT software development consulting and training (David).   We help clients to understand how to increase clients, how to increase revenue per client/customer and to increase frequency of purchase. We show businesses how to integrate the Internet with their physical business, delivering an expanded customer/referral base, more repeat customers and higher sales per customer.

Why are Boomers Important in your Customer Base?

Boomers probably are already your largest customer base; we will continue for at least another 10 years to hold the pursestrings for every major product and service category. Boomers are still owners, managers and employees, many of us with no retirement in sight, regardless of age.  In 2010 we are 76 million people, over 51% female,  between the ages of 46 and 64;  our families include children under 16, to children over 40, we are parents and grandparents, sometimes all in the same household, or through divorce arrangements. Our children and grandchildren now account for almost more than 80 million in total numbers---powerful forces of change force all of us to pay attention, adjust and create new opportunities for business.

We know today how to help you use the Internet to identify boomers in your customer database, determine what they are saying about you, and help you create loyalty among the most profitable boomer households in cyberspace and in your geographic area. Most important, we help you understand and position yourself for the tremendous business opportunities that the boomer's children and grandchildren will create for you assuming you want to stay in business and thrive.
